The show will bring together her celebrated repertoire, timeless classics and music from her latest album, 'IO CANTO 2'.

Released in February 2026, 'IO CANTO 2' arrived twenty years after the original 'IO CANTO' album of 2006. The album revisits the concept of paying tribute to the songs and artists that have shaped Pausini's musical journey, bringing beloved classics to a new generation while celebrating the enduring power of great songwriting. The album forms the musical heart of the 'IO CANTO World Tour', allowing Pausini to bring these personal and artistic tributes to the international stage.

The Spanish edition of the project, dedicated to Latino singer-songwriters, was recently celebrated earning Laura Pausini her 12th career nomination at the 27th edition of the Latin Grammy Awards®. On November 12, 2026, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Laura Pausini's album will compete in the Mejor Album Vocal Pop Tradicional category, three years after she received the Latin Grammy Person of the Year™ 2023 award by the prestigious Latin Recording Academy, becoming the first and only artist whose native language is not Spanish to receive this honor.

The year 2026 has already marked another significant chapter in Pausini’s career. She performed the Italian national anthem at the opening ceremony of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and returned to the 76th edition of the Sanremo Music Festival to co-host alongside artistic director Carlo Conti, to the closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup, alongside artists of the calibre of Madonna, Justin Bieber, Robbie Williams, BTS and Shakira (whose guest she was recently on two shows in Madrid), to the Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit at Monza, where she headlined on 6 September, 2026.

With more than 75 million records sold worldwide, over 8 billion streams, and a career spanning more than 30 years, Laura Pausini is a record-breaking singer-songwriter, global pop icon, first and only Italian artist to win a Grammy Award and enter the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States. She was listed by Billboard USA as one of the 10 best Latin pop artists worldwide ever. She won 5 Latin Grammy Awards, was celebrated by the Latin Recording Academy as “Person of the Year 2023” (first ever non-native Spanish speaker to receive this recognition). She is the only Italian female singer who won a Golden Globe, and she has a nomination for the Emmy Awards and the Oscars on her palmarès. She recently received a Billboard Icon Award and a Global Icon Award from Billboard Women in Music, presented to her in the presence of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV.
